Cityworks Available in Concurrent License Format
Allowing Greater Flexibility for Distributed Implementation
Salt Lake City, UT — Azteca Systems, Inc. announced the availability of Concurrent Licensing structure for Cityworks, it’s leading GIS-based Enterprise Asset and Maintenance Management software. Concurrent licenses allow for greater flexibility in distributed implementations, allowing multiple user access to shared licenses.
A concurrent license offers Cityworks users flexibility. In conjunction with ESRI’s license manager, a concurrent use license allows customers to install Cityworks on as many machines as they like. The license manager, installed on the network, notes the number of copies of ArcGIS that can be run simultaneously. As a result, more users can have Cityworks installed than will actually be using it at any given time. This is very helpful for organizations that have several users who do not use the software on a full-time basis.
"Using ESRI’s license manager allows us to take advantage of a distributed user architecture that is very appealing to our customers,” says Carl Horton, Director of Product Development at Azteca Systems. “Within the ArcGIS environment, our customers can now utilize this shared environment with ArcView, ArcMap or any ArcGIS platform."
Availability
Cityworks Concurrent Licensing is available to existing and new customers. Concurrent Licenses are available only with the ArcGIS platform. Pricing information is available by contacting Azteca Systems. For more information visit www.azteca.com.
